Description
Jane Peak 2020m is the highest mountain in the Eyre Mountains. It is a grade 1 climb but you will need to know how to use an ice axe and crampons.You will be responsible for your own food but you may choose to team up with someone else on the trip to share food and cooking gear.
Getting There
We will drive down from Dunedin on Saturday morning and walk into a campsite at 1320m by a small lake on Saturday afternoon. On the Sunday we will climb Jane Peak and return to Dunedin.What to Expect
